Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your HELLA pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
